Account Deletion

You can delete your NextForGen account at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data afterwards.

Delete in the app

1. In the NextForGen app, go to Profil › Hesabı Sil (Profile › Delete Account).
2. Enter your account password to confirm.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to info@nextforgen.com with the subject "Hesap silme talebi" (account deletion request) from the email address registered to your account. The request must come from your registered address.

Data that is deleted

• Your first name, last name, email and phone number are irreversibly anonymized.
• Your session tokens, preferences and notifications are deleted.
• You are signed out on all devices.

Data that is transferred or retained

• Your home, hub, devices and automations are transferred to another authorized member of the home; if there is none, they are kept until a new owner is assigned.
• Your consent records are retained as legal proof.
• Device history is automatically deleted after 90 days.
